• Perform audits and inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Handle guest issues/ complaints as needed.
• Administer citations for vehicles illegally parked or not paid.
• Implement and complete other projects and initiatives as they arise.
• Foster a 'Never Ever Give Up' culture.
