Job summary

Adventureland Park is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support the HR department this summer. The role involves welcoming guests and team members, assisting with hiring, onboarding, and orientations, and driving HR projects.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in HR/Business programs, fluent in English, and available for evenings/weekends. The position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to learn leadership skills in a fun park setting.

Qualifications

• Intern candidates must be currently enrolled in a higher education program, majoring in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or related field of study.
• Language: fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual skills are a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome team members and guests with a smile and positive attitude.
• Assist with hiring processes: screening, interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientations.
• Lead special HR-related projects and improve HR processes.
