Job description

Overview

Park Team Member at Kids Empire. The Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members perform various tasks with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable time.

Essential Job Functions
  • Attending to customers promptly, greeting them, and making them feel comfortable in the park environment.
  • Operating the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and collect guest information (address, name, email, phone) using an iPad.
  • Operating the front cash counter to receive the exact bill amount, managing cash flow, processing payments (cash or card), and providing exact change when needed.
  • Processing billing transactions accurately by verifying amounts on the POS system.
  • Organizing the beverage and snack area, including ice cream, and ensuring stock is replenished by communicating with management and ordering from specified vendors as needed.
  • Walking the floor to monitor for unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park rules and guidelines.
  • Cleaning restrooms and sanitizing park structures (tables, chairs, playground structures).
  • Assisting and participating in family events and ensuring events operate efficiently.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
  • Stand, walk, bend, and twist frequently.
  • Frequent bilateral hand movements and good finger dexterity.
  • Work in noisy environments with guests, including children and music.
  • Adapt to a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
  • Comfort with heights and tight spaces.
