The Park Team Member is the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members work with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests are having an excellent and safe time at Kids Empire.

Essential Job Functions
  • Attending customers as quick as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park.
  • Operating the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and collect guest information (address, name, email address, phone number) using an iPad.
  • Operating the front cash counter, handling cash or card payments, providing exact change when needed, and registering transactions daily.
  • Verifying billing transactions by checking the amount displayed on the POS.
  • Organizing the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips and ice cream; monitoring snack inventory and coordinating with management to replenish stock.
  • Walking the floor to monitor for unsafe hazards and to ensure guests follow park rules and guidelines.
  • Cleaning restrooms and sanitizing park structures (tables, chairs, playground structures).
  • Assisting and participating in family events and ensuring events operate efficiently.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly
  • Frequent bilateral hand movements

  • Work in noisy environments with guests (children, music)
  • Handle a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours
