Job summary

Sky Zone in Frisco, TX seeks a Team Lead to oversee daily park operations, guest experience, and program sales with a hands-on, on-the-floor leadership style.

You’ll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when senior leaders aren’t on-site. This full-time, onsite role requires 18+ and 2 years in operations, with a focus on safety, service, and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence and safety.
• Coach and delegate to Team Members across all departments to maintain guest experiences.
• Step into any operational area (Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events) to maintain seamless guest experiences.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Oversee birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings with scheduling and staffing.
