Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Team Lead to oversee park operations, guest experience, and party/event services. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage, stepping in as Manager on Duty when leadership isn’t on-site.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and a strong guest-centric approach. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in fast-paced, guest-facing roles, with a focus on service excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Ability to lead on the floor as MOD and coach team members.
• Experience with POS and basic tech tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts on the floor, coach staff, and ensure park operations run smoothly.
• Step into operations areas (Sales, Parties, F&B) as needed.
• Communicate guest issues and safety concerns to management.
• Drive guest experiences and support sales while maintain safety standards.
