Job summary

Hersheypark is seeking an Assistant Manager of Park Services to supervise part-time seasonal team members across Hersheypark, GIANT Center, Hersheypark Stadium, and Hershey Theatre. You will coordinate training, manage staffing levels, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• 18 Years or older
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Completion of high school or GED

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Park Services team members, ensure proper staffing and training.
• Provide coaching and training for part-time seasonal team members on their shifts.
• Coordinate daily staffing levels with operational needs.
• Oversee equipment inventories and coordinate repairs.
• Communicate with Management on operational issues and maintain cross-department relationships.
• Perform tasks as assigned by management.
