Job summary

Hersheypark Entertainment Complex in Hershey, PA is seeking a Part-Time Arrival and Admissions Team Member to support ticketing, arrival experiences, and guest services. You will conduct shift meetings, keep work areas clean, assist with staffing, train new hires, resolve guest inquiries, and uphold safety and service standards while delivering Hersheypark hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older on the date of applying.
• Must have previous experience in a customer service or hospitality environment.
• Must be proficient in the use of Google Workspace applications.
• Must be comfortable with the use of electronic equipment and digital ticketing software.
• Must be able to communicate nonverbally, verbally, and in writing, including radios and phones.
• Must safeguard confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Guest Experience shift meetings with employees, team leads, and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean work area, including queue areas and work stations; remove trash as needed.
• Coordinate staffing needs and break schedules to comply with child labor laws.
• Ensure staff are trained and coached; enforce safety guidelines and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures for Ticketing Services, HPGO, and Arrival Experience.
• Communicate with partners about operational needs related to systems, maintenance, and inventory.
• Maintain documentation, opening/closing checklists, training logs, and reconciliation reports.
• Provide guest service, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Initiate positive guest interactions and upsell applicable programs.
• Sell and track inventory items; assist with photos for Season Pass and Summer Fun Card.
