Hersheypark is seeking an Assistant Manager of Park Services to supervise and guide part-time seasonal team members across Hersheypark, GIANT Center, Hersheypark Stadium, and Hershey Theatre. The role focuses on staffing, training, and ensuring high standards of appearance and cleanliness for all venues.

The position offers full-time, on-site work with benefits and opportunities for leadership development. Requires 2+ years related experience, at least 1 year supervisory, and a valid driver's

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Industry experience in Amusement Park, Construction/Maintenance, Hospitality/Tourism.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Completion of high school or GED.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

Mansioni

• Supervise and lead the Park Services team members and ensure proper staffing and training.
• Provide coaching and training for part-time seasonal team members.
• Coordinate daily staffing levels with operations.
• Oversee department equipment inventories and coordinate repairs.
• Communicate with Management on operational issues and maintain cross-department relationships.
• Perform tasks assigned by management.
