Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead to oversee daily operations on the floor and to step in as Manager on Duty when senior leaders are away. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities to ensure smooth guest experiences and consistent service.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, and a commitment to safety and guest delight.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Background in retail/sf&B or entertainment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present and ensure safety and operational excellence.
• Coach, support, and delegate to Team Members across all departments.
• Lead across multiple areas (Sales & Service, Parties & Events, Cafe/F&B/Facilities) to maintain guest experiences.
