Job summary

Kids Empire Texas LLC is seeking a Park Manager to oversee daily operations, guest satisfaction, and staff performance in our family-focused entertainment park. You will supervise scheduling, training, safety oversight, and guest relations to ensure a fun and safe experience for children and families.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including event coordination and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Work weekends and holidays
• Able to work with children
• Read and write in English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Create and audit weekly staff schedules and attendance.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions.
• Train team members on key duties and safety.
• Open and close the park with proper security.
• Manage check-in, liability waivers, and guest data.
• Operate the front desk and POS for accurate transactions.
• Coordinate birthday parties and vendor orders.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness across all park areas.
• Monitor budgets, stock, and vendor relationships.
