Job summary

Dutch Wonderland Inn is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee the entire amusement park's operations. This role includes managing park rides, attractions, and ensuring safety compliance while maximizing revenue and maintaining budget goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in the operations of amusement parks or similar industries. Responsibilities include staff training, safety inspections, and collaboration with various departments to enhance guests' experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with PA Child Labor Laws.
• 3-5 years of operations-based experience with supervisory capacity.
• Experience in amusement, theme park, or water park industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all aspects of Park operations including rides and attractions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.

Skills

Ability to lead and inspire team

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

3-5 years of operations-based experience
