Job summary

Dutch Wonderland is seeking a Guest Experience Manager in Pennsylvania to oversee admissions, parking, ticketing, guest relations, and related operations. You will lead and coach a large team, manage budgets, ensure safety and PCI compliance, and drive exceptional guest service daily.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), 3–5 years in a related role, and 2+ years in supervision, with amusement/waterpark experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of work experience in a related role.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience leading a team.
• Amusement park or waterpark experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with exceptional customer service and a guest-centric approach.
• Oversee admissions, parking, ticketing, season passes, and guest relations.
• Lead, mentor, and coach assigned team members and manage scheduling.
• Control budgets and maximize revenue while monitoring expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Backfill essential guest experience roles when needed.
• Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and audits of operations.
• Prepare operating reports and analyze attendance and labor costs.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback and address concerns promptly.
