Herschend Family Entertainment seeks a Park Operations Leader in Pennsylvania to oversee rides, attractions, and departments with a focus on safety, budgeting, and staff development. You will mentor team members, implement SOPs, and ensure compliance with DOSH and OSHA standards while driving revenue and cost savings.

The role requires supervising multiple teams, coordinating with leadership, and maintaining high standards of guest experience in a dynamic park environment.

Qualifications

• Must have read, written, and spoken English fluently.
• Must be at least 18 years old per PA Child Labor Laws.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise park operations, including rides and attractions, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain procedures, signage, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage budgets, labor, attendance, materials, and department spending to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Backfill essential operations roles as needed and mentor team members.
• Coordinate with park leadership and maintenance to ensure reliable operations and water quality.
