Job summary

Sky Zone in Ballwin, MO is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to manage day-to-day park operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage. You will coach staff, ensure safety protocols, and deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining a high-energy, guest-centered environment.

The role requires 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, willingness to work evenings/weekends, and the ability to rotate through multiple park areas to keep the park running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles in a fast-paced environment.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with technology and learning new platforms as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and set the tone for the team to ensure optimal park operations.
• Step in as Manager on Duty (MOD) when senior leaders are not on-site.
• Rotate through programs, café, front desk, events to maintain seamless guest experiences.
• Drive membership and program sales while delivering WOW service standards.
• Oversee parties, group events, and corporate outings with scheduling and staffing focus.
• Manage inventory for cafe items and ensure safety and cleanliness across the park.
