Job summary

Sky Zone Ballwin, MO is seeking a Team Lead to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as needed to keep the park running smoothly. You will lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding safety standards.

This full-time, onsite role supports park operations, drives membership, and prepares you for higher leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Proficiency with technology, including POS systems and Office/Teams; quick to learn new platforms.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and eager for higher responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and coach others.
• Curiosity about how daily operations connect to the bigger picture.
• Hands-on, team-first mindset and ownership mindset.
• Ability to move through park areas and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and operations.
• Coach and delegate to Team Members across departments.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events to maintain guest flow.
• Communicate guest issues and safety concerns to Management.
• Drive membership and program sales through guest engagement.
• Lead guest interactions with Sky Zone WOW service standards.
• Oversee operations across park areas and ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Lead cross-area leadership development for Sales, Parties & Events, and F&B/facilities.
