Job summary

Sky Zone in the United States (Onsite) is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will act as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t on-site and coach teams to deliver WOW guest experiences.

Requirements include 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, supervisory experience, and comfort with POS systems and MS Office/Teams. Daily shifts require evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when leadership is not on-site.
• Coach and delegate to Team Members across departments.
• Lead across Programs, Café, Front Desk, and Events to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Drive membership and program sales while maintaining service excellence.
