Sky Zone is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to guide daily operations at our Missouri park. This full-time, onsite role empowers you to supervise, coach, and rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities, ensuring a top-tier guest experience.

You will act as MOD in the absence of leaders, drive membership, maintain safety standards, and uphold park cleanliness. Requirements include 2+ years in operations or guest roles and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching and delegating to Team Members.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events to maintain flow and guest experience.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Lead service excellence and coach team members to achieve WOW guest interactions.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports when needed.
