Job summary

Sky Zone in Phoenixville is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to supervise the park's daily operations, including Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will step in as Manager on Duty when leaders are away, coaching staff to deliver WOW service and safe, smooth experiences for guests.

You must be at least 18, with 2+ years in guest-facing roles and some supervisory experience. Expect evenings, weekends, and holidays work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and set the tone for the team to run the park smoothly.
• Drive guest experience and membership/sales opportunities with WOW service.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure shift procedures are followed with consistency.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events to maintain guest flow and operations.
• Oversee parties/events, inventory for cafe, and maintenance for safety and cleanliness.
