Job summary

Sky Zone in Springfield, VA is seeking a Team Lead to oversee daily operations on a full-time, onsite basis. You’ll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when leadership isn’t on site to keep the park running smoothly and safely.

You’ll coach team members, drive guest satisfaction, manage openings and closings, and help grow membership and park programs while upholding Sky Zone’s WOW service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including POS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and operational excellence.
• Coach team members across departments to deliver service excellence.
• Rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities to maintain seamless operations.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures with consistency and accuracy.
• Maintain park cleanliness and readiness to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead guest interactions and upsell opportunities to grow memberships and park programs.
