Job summary

Sky Zone Ocean is seeking a Team Lead for full-time onsite operations. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, providing on-floor leadership and coaching a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll act as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t present, ensuring safety, service standards, and smooth shift execution. Compensation range is $18.00-$21.00 per hour, with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail, food & beverage, amusements, or recreation preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor operations and set team tone during shifts.
• Step in as MOD when senior leaders are off-site.
• Coach and delegate to team members across departments.
• Maintain safety, guest experience, and operational flow.
