Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC is seeking a Sky Zone Team Lead to oversee daily park operations, lead a frontline team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across Sales, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a flexible schedule to cover evenings and weekends.

You will rotate through key areas, coach staff, drive safety, and maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office; comfortable learning new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present and lead safety, operations, and team accountability.
• Coach and support team members across all departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Step into any park area to maintain smooth shift operations and guest experiences.
