Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Part-time Team Lead in Springfield, VA. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities to develop leadership experience and run shifts when needed.

The role requires at least 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, prior supervisory experience, and a proactive, coachable mindset. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is essential to keep the park vibrant and safe.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
Basic proficiency with technology, including POS systems and MS Office/Teams; able to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across departments.
Lead guest interactions to deliver Sky Zone WOW service standards and drive member sales.
Oversee Parties & Events, Front Desk, Café, and other park operations to maintain smooth shift flow.
Enforce safety policies, complete incident reports, and ensure opening/closing procedures are followed.
