Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to join our Operations department onsite in Scottsdale. This part-time role will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, building leadership experience while ensuring smooth daily park operations.

You will act as Manager on Duty when supervisors aren’t present, coach staff, drive guest satisfaction, and help with safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation.
• Basic proficiency with technology and office tools; quick to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership; coach and delegate to Team Members across departments.
• Step into operations areas to maintain seamless guest experiences and flow.
• Drive front desk performance, membership sales, and service excellence.
• Oversee parties, events, and café/Facilities activities for consistency and guest delight.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports as needed.
