Job summary

Kids Empire New York LLC is seeking a Park Manager to supervise staff, greet guests, and uphold a safe, enjoyable park experience in New York. You will oversee scheduling, recruitment, performance reviews, and birthday party events while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends in a dynamic environment serving families and children.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad and handle guest sign-in processes.
• Strong communication, customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Leadership abilities and experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, ensure comfort and safety in the park.
• Create weekly schedules and audit attendance and time clocks.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions and mentor staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and assessments of park operations.
• Manage birthday party bookings and vendor coordination.
• Oversee cash handling, POS accuracy, and billing processes.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to park rules.
• Coordinate with corporate teams and monitor inventory and supplies.
