Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, attend to inquiries, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Process check-ins, collect waivers, capture guest information using an IPad.
• Handle cash and card transactions at the front counter and provide correct change.
• Operate POS to verify billing amounts and ensure accurate transactions.
• Stock snacks and beverages; coordinate with management to replenish inventory.
• Monitor premises for safety hazards and enforce park rules and guidelines.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures; assist in family events as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
