Job summary

Kids Empire Illinois LLC is seeking a Team Member to be the first point of contact for guests at the park. You will greet guests, assist with questions, and ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for families.

In this role you will process check-ins on an iPad, handle cash or card payments at the front desk, stock snacks, and help maintain clean, welcoming common areas while enforcing park rules. Weekend availability is required, and strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work with children and interact professionally with guests.
• Read and write in English and complete basic front desk tasks.

Responsibilities

• Attending customers as quick as possible and greeting them to make them feel welcome.
• Process check-in by collecting guest information on an IPad and having guests sign the liability waiver.
• Handle cash and card payments at the front desk and provide exact change when needed.
• Operate POS and verify billing amounts for transactions.
• Organize the snack area and restock as needed.
• Watch the floor for safety and enforce park rules and guidelines.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize all park structures.
• Assist with family events and perform other duties as assigned.
