Job summary

Kids Empire in El Cajon, California is seeking Team Members to be the initial contact between guests and the park. Team Members will ensure guest satisfaction, manage payment transactions, and maintain a safe environment for children and families.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling check-ins, and keeping the park clean and safe. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Benefits include health insurance and recreational discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in noisy environments created by guests.
• Able to tolerate a hectic and busy work environment.
• Must be comfortable with heights and tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers quickly and make them feel comfortable.
• Operate check-in process using iPad for guest information.
• Manage front cash counter and handle payment transactions.
• Monitor safety and ensure compliance with park rules.
• Clean and sanitize park structures and restrooms.
• Assist in family events and fulfill other assigned duties.
