Job summary

Kids Empire US LLC in Hingham, MA is seeking a Team Member to warmly greet guests and support families throughout the park. You will handle check-in, collect guest information on an iPad, manage a front counter, and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

Ideal candidates read and write in English, enjoy working with children, and can weekend/holiday shifts. This entry-level role offers exposure to operations in a busy entertainment venue and opportunities to contribute to a positive guest

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a busy park.
• Ability to operate an IPad and complete sign-in procedures.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Process check-in and collect required guest information on an IPad.
• Manage front cash counter and handle cash and card transactions.
• Ensure clean restrooms and park areas; report hazards.
• Assist with family events and other duties as assigned.
