Job summary

Kids Empire is seeking a Guest Services Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, handle payments, and keep the park safe and clean. You will stock snacks, monitor safety, and assist in family events while delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires weekend availability, comfortable interaction with children, and solid English communication. Training provided, with opportunities to contribute to a fun, engaging guest experience.

Qualifications

• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Work independently.
• Read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Attend customers promptly, greet them and create a welcoming park atmosphere.
• Process check-ins and waivers using an iPad with guest data.
• Handle cash transactions and provide exact change when needed.
• Verify billing amounts on the POS system.
• Stock and organize drinks, snacks, and ice cream.
• Monitor snack inventory and coordinate with management to replenish stock.
• Walk the floor to ensure safety and enforce rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures and equipment.
• Assist in family events and help events run smoothly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
