Job summary

Kids Empire in North Olmsted is seeking team members to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a friendly welcome and efficient service. You will handle check-ins, collect guest information, and process payments while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work with children, and comfort using an IPad. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected, with opportunities to support family events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend customers promptly and greet them.
• Operate check-in and collect guest information.
• Process payments at the front counter.
• Manage billing at the POS.
• Stock snacks and beverages; restock vendors as needed.
• Monitor floor for safety and enforce park rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park areas.
• Assist with family events and ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
