Job summary

Kids Empire is seeking a Team Member to warmly greet guests, assist with check-in, process payments, and maintain a clean, safe park environment. You will support snack stocking, inventory, and event operations while ensuring an enjoyable experience for families and children in a busy park setting.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to work weekends/holidays, and comfort using an iPad for sign-ins and data entry. Join our team to help guests have a safe and fun visit.

Qualifications

• Willing to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work with children
• Operate an iPad for check-in and data entry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Capable of working independently
• Read and write in English

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and make them comfortable in the park ambiance
• Process check-in by having guests sign liability waivers and collect information on the iPad
• Handle cash or card payments and provide exact change when needed
• Verify POS transactions and ensure accurate billing
• Restock and organize snacks and beverages
• Monitor snack inventory and coordinate with management for replenishment
• Walk the floor to ensure safety and adherence to park rules
• Clean restrooms and sanitize all park structures
• Assist with family events and ensure smooth event operations
• Perform other duties as assigned
