Job summary

Kids Empire in Colorado is seeking a friendly Team Member to greet guests, answer questions, and ensure everyone has an enjoyable and safe visit.

You will manage check-in with an IPAD, process payments at the front counter, restock snacks, monitor safety, and keep the park clean.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability, good English communication, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide friendly service
• Operate IPAD check-in and sign-in process
• Handle payments and POS transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the park
• Assist with family events and daily tasks

Responsibilities

• Attend customers quickly and make them comfortable
• Process liability waivers and guest data on IPAD
• Manage front counter cash and payments
• Verify POS transactions and pricing
• Restock snacks and manage inventory with vendors
• Monitor safety and enforce park rules
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and equipment
• Support and participate in family events
• Perform other duties as assigned
