OBJECTIVE: Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members work with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests are having an excellent and safe time at Kids Empire.

Overview

Team Members are the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing inquiries to support a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Attending to customers promptly, greeting them, and making them feel comfortable in the park ambiance.
  • Operating the check-in process, including collecting liability waivers and guest information (address, name, email, phone) via an IPad.
  • Operating the front cash counter: handling payments (cash or card), providing exact change when needed, and recording transactions accurately.
  • Processing billing transactions by verifying amounts displayed on the POS.
  • Organizing the refrigerating area with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream.
  • Monitoring snack inventory and coordinating with management to replenish stock from specified vendors.
  • Walking the floor to identify hazards and ensure guests follow park rules and guidelines.
  • Cleaning restrooms and sanitizing park structures (tables, chairs, playgrounds).
  • Assisting and participating in family events and ensuring they operate efficiently.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
  • Stand, walk, bend, and twist regularly.
  • Frequent bilateral hand movements and good finger dexterity.
  • Work in noisy environments with guests, including children and music.
  • tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
  • Comfort with heights and tight spaces.
