SSA Group in Denver, CO is seeking a Food Service - Park Operations Supervisor to oversee daily park operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage staffing, prep, safety and quality across outlets.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on supervision of prep, merchandising, training, and compliance with food safety standards; the ideal candidate will drive efficiency and a safe, welcoming guest experience.

Qualificações

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Experience supervising quick-service or park operations preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and food handling.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily park operational duties including quick service, safety and quality.
• Manages staffing, prep lists, and guest service standards across outlets.
• Coaches employees, conducts performance reviews, and tracks attendance.
• Responds to guest feedback and reports issues to the operations manager.
• Ensures proper merchandising and product quality per company standards.
