SSA Group is seeking an Assistant Food Service Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day food service operations at partner venues. You will help implement efficient systems, support seasonal planning, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences across diverse cultural attractions.

Ideal candidates bring leadership, strong communication, and a solid understanding of financials, merchandising, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a memorable guest experience through SSA EXTRA Guest Service steps.
• Support implementation of operating systems, processes and policies.
• Assist in season planning for food concepts, equipment needs and ops excellence.
• Oversee training, orientation and SSA Safety compliance for staff.
• Ensure invoices are processed and vendors paid within terms.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across facilities and front/back-of-house areas.
• Support payroll, budgeting, and labor as per company guidelines.
