Job summary

The role requires 1-2 years of quick service supervision, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage prep, stock, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of quick service management and/or operations supervisory experience preferred.
• All educational backgrounds are eligible.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10-35lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a food service zone to ensure fast, friendly service.
• Manage stocking, prep, and staffing for daily operation.
• Oversee safety, quality, and cleanliness in all outlets.
• Coach and train associates; conduct performance reviews.
• Respond to guest feedback and maintain waste logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
