Job summary

SSA Group seeks a Food Service Supervisor in Baltimore to lead daily operations of food service outlets within our 452 Hospitality framework. You will manage staff, ensure safety, quality, and guest satisfaction while coordinating prep, merchandising, and stock control across your zone.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experiences.
• Ensure location is stocked, prepped, and staffed for daily operation.
• Oversee operations for quick service, safety, quality, merchandising and guest service standards.
• Assist with daily prep and item lists; delegate tasks as needed.
• Coach employees and provide guidance on projects and daily tasks.
• Respond to guest feedback promptly.
• Maintain sanitation, proper food handling, labeling and FIFO rotations.
• Maintain organization of storage areas and communicate pre-shift information to team.
• Control waste and manage prep levels daily.
• Ensure product standards are followed and merchandising is consistent.
• Plan staffing and prep for the next day with direct reports.
