SSA Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor in Colorado to lead daily operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and manage staffing across outlets. You will coach staff, monitor safety and quality standards, and coordinate with management to maintain stock and prep levels.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and team leadership, with a commitment to a clean, safe work environment and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for guests and clients.
• Ensure location is stocked, prepped, and staffed for daily operations.
• Oversee safety, quality, merchandising and guest service standards.
• Coach and assign daily tasks to associates; respond to guest feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across outlets and storage spaces.
• Communicate effectively with preshift meetings and cross‑unit teams.
