SSA Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to lead daily hospitality operations across multiple units. The role focuses on warm guest interactions, efficient prep, stock management, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will coach staff, assign duties, and respond to guest feedback in a fast-paced environment. The position reports to the Food Service Operations Manager(s) and requires flexibility for varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
• Ensure location, or zone, is adequately stocked, prepped, and staffed for daily operation, working with direct reports to fill as necessary.
• Oversees direct location, or zone, operational duties ensuring quick service, food service, safety and quality, availability, merchandising and guest service standards are all met and excelled.
• Supports the build of daily prep and item lists, delegating to employees as necessary.
• Actively helps to support operations and fill holes as necessary to ensure smooth service.
• Assigns associates to duties, coaching through projects, daily tasks, and guest interaction.
