Kids Empire US LLC in Glen Allen, VA is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and uphold high standards of guest service. You will manage check-in, payments, and safety procedures while ensuring a friendly environment for families.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to train and audit team members. You will open and close the park, resolve guest questions, and coordinate events to deliver a safe, enjoyable

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Work weekends and holidays
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication skills, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritizing guest satisfaction and continuously improving services.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and make them feel comfortable.
• Supervise employees to meet production goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training and auditing.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Audit schedules and obtain approval from Park Manager.
• Open and close the park using keys or a code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
• Manage guest check-in and liability waivers via iPad.
• Handle front counter billing and cash transactions accurately.
• Verify POS transactions and ensure correct amounts.
• Organize snacks and inventory, and restock as needed.
• Walk the floor to monitor safety and adherence to rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
• Schedule and coordinate family events and assist events operation.
• Other duties as assigned.
