Job summary

ARCHDIOCESE OF SEATTLE PAYROLL SERVICES is seeking a seasoned Program & Project Manager to lead ParishStaq implementations, upgrades, and adoption efforts. You will coordinate with pastors, parish staff, diocesan teams, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a deep understanding of Catholic parish operations, strong communication skills, and experience with Church management platforms like ParishStaq. A PMP/Agile certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) or more years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with ParishStaq or similar church management, stewardship, CRM, or parish administration platforms.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, Prosci, or similar certification.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead ParishStaq implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and success metrics.
• Coordinate activities across parishes, diocesan departments, IT teams, and vendors.
• Provide regular status reporting and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Build trusted relationships with pastors, parish administrators, ministry leaders, and diocesan staff.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Lead user adoption, training, and change management efforts.
• Promote best practices and identify opportunities to improve parish operations through ParishStaq.
• Serve as a strategic partner to parishes, helping them maximize the value of the platform in support of their ministry objectives.
