Job summary

4000 Archdiocese Of Seattle Payroll Svc is seeking a PA for Communications & Advancement to support Parish Family messaging across internal and external channels. You will work with the Pastor, DOO, school staff, and ministries to ensure a consistent, timely message that strengthens parishioner engagement.

You will manage weekly bulletins, calendars, digital content, and the ParishStaq CRM, while coordinating branding and marketing assets and helping with school communications and donor

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional marketing or communication experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing websites and digital communication platforms.
• Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to facilitate meetings among diverse groups.
• Demonstrated capacity to build trust with leadership, parishioners and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external parish communications with the Pastor, DOO, staff and ministries.
• Develop and maintain weekly bulletins, calendars, newsletters, websites and social media.
• Manage ParishStaq CRM and assist with database integration.
• Oversee branding, style guides, and parish-wide marketing assets.
• Recruit, train and supervise communications volunteers.
• Collaborate with School Marketing and Advancement for donor relations and enrollment growth.
• Support fundraising communications and donor engagement initiatives.
• Produce clear and timely communications across channels.
