Job description

The Archdiocese of Dubuque is seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist to help lead the implementation of Archdiocesan parish data management, HRIS, and accounting systems. This new position will coordinate with vendors, Pastoral Center teams, pastorates, schools, and ministries on implementation planning, data preparation and migration, training, communication, and support as locations transition to new systems and standardized processes. This is an on-site position and requires the ability to travel within the Archdiocese.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with experience implementing technology systems.
