Job summary

Archspm is seeking a Parish Administrator to provide executive leadership across the parish organization, aligning operations with the pastor’s mission. You will lead staff, oversee finances, and ensure compliant employment practices and governance.

You will partner with ministry leaders and the development director to sustain programs, manage facilities, and advance parish goals in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Leading parish staff across multiple ministries.
• Overseeing financial planning, reporting, and audits.
• Developing and enforcing personnel policies and performance goals.
• Managing technology, systems and vendor relationships.
• Guiding long-term strategic planning for parish programs and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrative liaison between pastor and staff.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting to parish and archdiocese, and grant management.
• Lead HR processes: recruitment, hiring, evaluations, and benefits.
• Manage facility plans, contracts, and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate on communications, fundraising and development efforts.
