Job summary

Hallow is seeking a Parish Lead in the United States to drive relationships with parishes and implement the church partnership program. This remote-first role requires travel to parishes in the US (up to 2 weeks per month) to present, onboard, and activate parish groups within the Hallow platform.

You will own the parish partnership lifecycle, collaborate with the team, and help expand the program while ensuring renewals and growth across the parish network.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, attention to detail and process-oriented problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Introduce parishes to Hallow and grow adoption across US parishes.
• Build and maintain parish relationships, coordinating with the team to serve parishioners.
• Design and implement workflows (CRM) and draft marketing materials for the program.
