Job summary

Unbound seeks a Jr. Account Manager to nurture Catholic parish relationships across the United States, coordinating outreach, value offerings, and events. The role collaborates with internal teams to tailor programs and deliver exceptional experiences that align with Unbound’s mission.

The candidate will build trust with parishes, manage communications, and support strategic growth plans. Remote-friendly hybrid work from Kansas City, KS office is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; preferably in marketing, communications or public relations or related experience.
• Comfort working with Roman Catholic parishes, clergy and parish staff and familiarity with Catholic communities, hierarchy, practices, and teachings.
• 1 year of experience inside sales, customer service, relationship management, or B2B marketing.
• Passion for servant leadership with a focus on social justice and community building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills enabling networking, troubleshooting issues.
• Ability to manage time effectively, respond quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical aptitude with CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Team player who inspires others to continually improve processes and skills.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute scalable outreach efforts (mail, phone, email, in-person) to build a steady pipeline and track progress.
• Build rapport with integrity and a commitment to excellence.
• Use a consultative selling approach and tailor offerings.
• Secure and schedule parish-led appeals and other events.
• Coordinate plans with channel leaders, outreach, marketing and operations.
• Troubleshoot issues and address opportunities with timely follow-up.
• Improve sales processes and refine prospecting and outreach strategies.
