Job summary

Hallow is seeking a role focused on developing and sustaining parish partnerships across the United States. You will travel to parishes, present on prayer, and help them join the parish program.

You will build relationships, drive renewals, and collaborate with internal teams to expand Hallow's reach. The role requires strong communication, knowledge of the Catholic faith, and experience in CRM workflows or sales, with travel of about 20–30% to in-person events.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to large audiences.
• Knowledge of Catholic faith and comfort discussing theology in groups.
• Aptitude in managing CRM workflows and contacts; prior relationship-building or sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in additional languages.

Responsibilities

• Introduce parishes to Hallow by traveling to parishes and presenting on prayer, helping parishioners join their parish group.
• Build relationships with parishes to incorporate them into the parish program and collaborate with the team.
• Design and implement business processes to support the parish program, including CRM workflows and drafting marketing materials.
