Job summary

Archdiocese of San Antonio Careers seeks a part-time Hall Coordinator to manage St Leonard venues and serve as the primary contact for parish events. The role supports weddings, quinceañeras, funerals, and ministry events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and parishioners.

You will work evenings and weekends, handle venue operations, lighting, climate control, and maintenance tasks, while upholding confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have good customer service skills and experience.
• Must have good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Must successfully pass a background and criminal history.
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Punctual and dependable.
• Reliable transportation; valid driver license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, maintains, and manages the operations of St Leonard venues.
• Responsible for opening and closing of the venue’s doors for each event.
• Responsible for turning on and off the venue lights.
• Responsible for turning on and off the venue A/C and monitoring climate settings.
• Must check that restrooms are adequately stocked with supplies.
• Must ensure the venue is prepared with trashcans.
• Must ensure Concession is stocked with drinks and food (if applicable).
• Protect confidentiality of information and client details.
• Adherence to Code of Conduct, TABC, and other programs is mandatory.
• Team player who promotes mission and collaboration.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
