Qualifications

• Experiences supporting administrative functions and personnel.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Familiarity with church operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute liturgical celebrations.
• Coordinate liturgical ministers and ministry events.
• Maintain parish calendars and ministry records.
• Support pastors and office management in daily operations.
• Attend staff meetings and ensure safety protocols.
